Getting Started with I•WIN

Welcome to I•WIN, your Learning Experience Platform designed to empower your organisation's learning and development journey. We know you're excited to get started, so we've outlined the essential steps for a successful implementation.

Step 1: Contract & Setup Fee

Duration:

The contract typically lasts for 6-12 months based on the number of users you require.

Customisation:

Please provide your company logo and preferred colours if customisation is desired.

Setup Fee:

A small setup fee may be applicable, depending on the level of customisation.

Domain:

Decide on a domain name. The I•WIN team will handle purchasing and connecting it for you.

Step 2: User Onboarding

Automated Onboarding:

We highly recommend automating the user onboarding through integrations with your AD or HCM systems.

Manual Onboarding:

For those on the Starter or Professional packages, initial uploads can be done via a CSV file. Subsequent users can be added manually.

Sign-In Details:

Users will be able to sign in to I•WIN LXP by using their email and password. Users are required to be "pre-loaded" by an administrator. We use OAuth2.0 and MFA to secure users accounts and sign in's

Step 3: Course Migration

Simple Migration:

If your existing LMS complies with international standards like xAPI, connection and migration are straightforward.

Complex Migration:

In other cases, the I•WIN team will need to assess and assist in the data migration process, which may incur an additional cost.

Step 4: Integrations

AD Integration:

Easily integrate AD at no additional cost by adding our application to your Azure instance and sharing API secrets.

HCM Integration:

Integrations with systems like SAP or Workday will be scoped based on your existing infrastructure.

Step 5: Importing Historical Data

Method:

Historical data can be imported through an integration or via a bulk upload in Excel or CSV format.

Step 6: Getting Help and Support

Ticketing System:

Available for Professional and Enterprise customers.

SLA:

Enterprise customers benefit from a Service Level Agreement.

Resources:

A knowledge base and support forums are accessible to all customers.

Step 7: Timeline & Training

Initial Setup:

Takes 1-2 days post-contract signing.

Historical Data Load:

May take an additional week.

Full Integration:

A fully integrated system may take between 3 and 6 months.

Step 8: Advanced Features

Custom Features:

Enterprise customers can request custom features at an additional cost.
