JTI, Japan Tobacco International, was looking to change their
approach to their Consumer Engagement training. When sending
teams out as brand representatives, they found that the teams
did not show a high retention of the learning material. This
impacted how the brand was perceived by consumers.
Because their brand ambassadors are young, and technologically
advanced, they needed to adapt their training to a
blended-learning approach. They also needed to be able to track
the performance of their representatives, and motivate them
using incentives.
Using our platform, I•WIN, we created a customised digital
learner experience to host the immersive, interactive content
created by I•WIN. This content provided learners with a
comprehensive guide on how to interact with customers. We used
multiple learning tools to ensure the content was engaging, and
to promote retention.
The platform is accessible through any smart device, and the
learning modules were optimised for reduced data consumption;
enabling learning to take place anywhere, at any time!
We also integrated a voucher system to encourage learners to
actively participate in their learning journey.
